Guns, Machetes, Knives, And So Forth.
By: Aidan Von Atapas Date: March 11, 2015, 7:10 pm

Beings I am a great weapons enthusiast (particularly firearms),
I thought it good to start a thread for the purpose of
discussing weapons (and tools for hunting). Plus I'm bored, so I
thought I'd start a thread. ;D I doubt this thread will last
very long though, but meh, it's worth a shot I suppose. Ah yes,
puns.
Sooo, first things first, what's your favorite type of firearm,
if I may ask?
Post Script: Hunting experiences and stories involving weapons
are welcome, by the way.

Generally ranged weapons; Bows, guns, throwing things. Those are
fun. ;D

Heheh...
That's a tough question... Out of the long guns I've used, I'd
probably pick a Mosin Nagant.

Of course, I can't use guns where I am, but I make do with bows
at various places with archery ranges.
I throw my hatchet at my roosters sometimes; I kinda hope one
day the blade will hit it and it will bleed and/or die. Damn
things, going off at three in the morning.

I won't dive into the Alliance's futuristic weapons but our
blades are similar to the Asian Samuri blades. Love those. Plus
I have a bow at hom. Fun! Unfortunatly there are no sutable
targets around...unless you include living ones.

Hehehe... indeed.
It is a very tough question, yes. The Mosin Nagant is a very
nice rifle. I've never actually fired one before, but I hope to
one day.
Out of all the guns I've used, I'd have to say I like the Ruger
Mini-14 the most.

Tux, we are talking about Reality. Heard of that server? It's
right next to Retribution.

I'm sorry, but I laughed. Ohhh, did I laugh.

Humour is what I aim for.
Best blade to end chickens with? Knife? Axe?
. . . Not a guillotine.

Well, when we butchered chickens where I used to live, we used a
cleaver, which worked well. And I decapitated a chicken a little
while ago with my machete, which work very well; perhaps even
better than the cleaver. A machete is heavier, you see, and
thus can have more force behind the chop.
