The Hanging Noose - Grand Reopening
By: TheCyclonicStorm Date: February 6, 2015, 1:00 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
Welcome, Inrazimadians, citizens of the Confederation, people
from all over the world . . . To the Hanging Noose.
Originally started in 2012 by a good man by the name of
"King_of_Kings" on the Goodgame Empire Forum, the Hanging Noose
has endured right up to now, wherein I have moved it all the way
from the Empire to the Confederation, to let it start a new
life, in its original, medieval state.
Here, you'll find no sentient Cyclones, Ducks or Penguins, no
Celtic goddesses, no Batmen, no Clones, no Minions . . . Nothing
modern. Swords and axes, bows and maces . . . Those you'll find
in high numbers . . . Along with the barrels of ale and coffee
and tea and biscuits and English towns and anything you'd find
in an old, medieval tavern, inn or pub. Speaking of inns and
taverns, you'll find the rooms on the second floor, though not
like the Kingdom of Knighthood - Sorry to disappoint you.
Beware, they may have bedbugs . . . But you have those nice
bladed weapons for them, don't you?
In terms of context, the Noose controls a small, city-state like
area, while the world in which it exists also treats Sapata,
Atapas, etcetera, as real things, along with Talonia and Falker.
So you could chat about what's going on over there, or whether
Ionia will survive the terrible plague that has struck it.
So, lords and ladies, knights and common men, poachers and
farmers, sellswords and mercenaries, thieves and murderers . . .
Drink, travel, adventure, and be hung from the Hanging Noose!

Great to see the noose back in the original state. Even better
to see the Kingdom of Knighthood mentioned. ;)

A rather sane gentleman walks into the Noose. Threading his way
through the tables and benches he arrived before the bar.
"Good day to you, good sir," He to the bartender.

"And to you," the bartender says as he cleans a mug, "anything
in particular you'd like? I do recommend the Cyclone-Style
Coffee, it was a winner in my day."
       Non-Canon
       That it is. Medieval, go!

       *Swaggers in*
Right, can't a man get an ale around here before he dies of
thirst? One tankard, bartender, and be hasty about it. *Tosses
       coins to bartender*
*Sits in a chair and leans my sword against the table*

The bartender raised an eyebrow, but said nothing as he poured
       the man's ale.
"Here you go," he said as he slid it across the bar.
