Vikings, very good. My character in Grace's RP is based off the
Norsemen, yes. There was a Viking Conquest expansion for Mount &
Blade: Warband. I feel I've done too much Viking stuff now.
French FTW! Or Germans . . . Irish. One of those three.

I'll start.
Alf climbed easily from the top floor of the skyscraper to the
roof of the tallest building still standing in Copenhagen. Sure
it was only three stories; but he felt mighty. He had never
reached this altitude before.
Now, I'd better get down, before it collapses, he thought to
himself. He got down.
"So this is where I come from," He said silently, grabbing his
carbine rifle and clinging to the shadows as he wandered the
streets of Copenhagen.

(Okay, before I start, I need to know a few things. How large is
the extent of nuclear damage? Is the entire world a ruin? Or is
there still greenery? And how advanced is the technology? Are
humans still using projectile weapons? Sorry, I just like to
have the details. :-/)

Tons of greenery in some areas, none in others. Think of it like
this; there are one of three biomes covering every inch of the
earth - desert, densely wooded, or grassland.
You use the projectile weapons you can scavenge, find from the
old and lost age. If you can't find any or you can't find ammo,
then you can use melee weapons, or make a makeshift bow and
arrow.
