Considering that no one has ever complained about these themes,
while multiple people have complained about the new years theme,
not to mention other special occasion themes, I think that it is
safe to assume that most people like this theme. There is a
margin of error, though. There is always a margin of error. But
I believe it is low enough to safely assume what I assumed.
Would you disagree?

Yes. While people may not complain aid this theme, they also
don't compliment it. I don't like if. It's not an abomination,
but I don't like it. It's bland. So I would not agree that it's
safe to assume that everyone likes it when most people have not
said they like this boring theme.
