As a person who doesn't partake in the Return of the Pipin
thread, will I have to read up to everything that has happened
to understand references, or is this an independant RP, where
it's like a fresh start? And how will you determine when and how
it ends?
This is a stand-alone expansion/sequel, so as to speak.
You do not need to know anything from the 'Return of Pipin'.
That RP told the story from the Bilbo perspective. This RP tell
the story from Earth's perspective.
So while there are references that you may not understand at
first, they will be very easy to grasp and understand because
I'll be able to explain them.
I would assume my actions in Return of the Pipin would be . . .
Retconned, so to speak? Or will we be creating a character
specifically for this?
Ah... Yes.... About that....
Your murder of the Senators will be put under Bilboian Criminal
records as 'John Smith' so... They have no idea who you are.
But you will be making a character sepcifically for this. Unles
of course, you want "one last explosion marks your fate as your
ship is torn apart" to be canon.
But it would have still been me, right? ;D
I'll probably count my actions as canon right up to just before
meeting Aidan's character in Return of the Pipin.
Yes, I'd rather have someone like "Robert Johnson" float off
into space rather than "TheCyclonicStorm."
Yes, but there's not recorded evidence, no videos, no DNA.
Nothing. Your slate is clean. (I sort of made sure of that. Sort
of...)
Yes... That was probably the start of silliness...
Exactly. And that's why 'Michael Bailey' is floating off into
the void.

I can be, like, the annoying assistant, or, like, the weapons
guy, or, or even maybe the shield manner-er-er.
You can tell I was tired while typing this.

You'll be surprised. I assure you.
Indeed.

That's a lot of characters for such a small forum. Even in
general, it's a lot. Are you going to have forumers act as
multiple people?

I'm so confused. How do we determine our OC's identity, and do
we fill in the form based on information of ourselves, or our
OC?

Because it is such a small group we have here, We may have
double ups and we may have NPCs.
That's why we have this here interest thread, to sort it all out
before we launch the RP.

It's just like what we did in the 'Battle for Gain'. We make up
a new character.
The form is filled in according to your character's information.

Alright.
Neamhain has just brought up an interesting issue which I've
been trying to tackle for a while.
I've first been picturing this RP as one that looks much like
FTL
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTL:_Faster_Than_Light,
but we
have quite a few active members here.
Also, I've tried to do it like Artemis
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artemis:_Spaceship_Bridge_Simulator,<br
/>that has the perfect amount of members by it may not be as muc
h
fun as only having one on person on a major station but the rest
are idle until some other time.
This version, a hybrid of the two games can cater to all those
needs, but we lack the members to make this possible.
So which one would you prefer?
Yes, Cyclone. I know that you want the FTL one.
