       Quite easily. Paint is an easy program to use.

       Easy on a basic level. If you use it a lot, there are hidden
       secrets that make it more complex. Also, if it is combined with
       Word and Gimp, there is almost nothing that can't be done.  :D

       I just spoke with the Bilboian Emperor, and he said that you
       can.  ;D
       I know about that. Are you implying that you manually created
       the glare with different colors, or did you do it another way?

       It'll take me about five hours to make a decent piece of work,
       but only because the assets I usually need are so obscure that I
       won't find 'em, or their backgrounds aren't transparent, so I
       can't use them.

       Elves use swords and daggers in the Lord of the Rings a lot.
