The First Court of Logic 2.0

Due to recent complains about Mr. 00K, I've decided that
Inrazimad requires a courtroom, one for all these little formal
procedures (Like banishing 00K from Inrazimad) As administrator,
Cyclonic is automatically the judge of this fair court.
Current Case:
The First Court of Logic, Case #2

Defendant: Hunsinger
Prosecutor: Neamhain Blackmailer
Defending Lawyer: Crown Prince Paladin Tux
Witness #1: Nadia Nov Sapata

Defendant: 00K
Prosecutor: Crown Prince Paladin Tux
Defending Lawyer: GRACETHEDUCK
Witness #1: Karin Oafish Team
Witness #2: K00 the Sane
Witness #3: Aidan Von Atapas
Witness #4: Sarah Von Sapata
Result: His Gracefulness, TheCyclonicStorm, sentenced 00K to 5
years of community service for assaulting and insulting members
of Inrazimad and High Councillors.

of Logic has been a great beacon for hope, liberty and justice
in Inrazimad. In recent weeks, however, this haven for loyalty
and law has undergone some serious reformations, renovations and
restorations.
The Confederation of Inrazimad has been a grand locale for
freedom and peace since 2014, yet, in a free society, the law
must be upheld, and this court is here to establish that. The
court has been refurbished and redecorated, ready and waiting
for the lawyers and the barristers to enter these fine walls,
prepared to execute justice across the entire Confederation.
As the Administrator of the Confederation, I must continue to
uphold the law of Inrazimad as I have with this court in the
past. As such, it is with a great pleasure that, with justice
and loyalty to all, I do hereby declare this court open."

With a great flourish, the doors of the First Court of Logic
opens once more - or for the first time if you must. The last
few workers put finishing touches upon the room, polishing the
new, freshly cut wooden tables and chairs and hanging up the
metal triquetra of Inrazimad behind the judge's table.
"Welcome, Your Grace, to the First Court of Logic."
A quick word from the chamberlain and the workers leave the
newly refurnished courtroom.

This is still technically an extension of Inrazimad so I suppose
we are just ourselves until we decide to roleplay another
character at the same time... Then that gets tricky...

I meant to ask how you determine the prosecutor, the defending
lawyer, and the witnesses from case to case.

Ah...
Like how we did it last time. We find an issue and the person
responsible becomes the Defendant.
Then we have people who want to be lawyers come up and prosecute
and defend the defendant.
The witnesses are the people who where actually present at the
time.
I'm wondering if Cyclone has any cases or grudges he would like
to settle...

Took the words right out of my mouth.
On a more serious note, however, I feel as if the prosecution
must be something most people on the thread have seen or read,
so as to have an adequate amount of information on the subject.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
