A RIF (Random Interesting Fact)

In this game, just post a random interesting fact. (must either
be obvious, or very complicated)
ie: Dolphins can see; Photons have energy and momentum, but no
mass; etc.

that I'm pretty low . . .

That's one reason why I don't like post counts and other forum
statistics. It makes people compete to have the most, and then
they sacrifice quality for quantity.

This is quality! . . . ish . . . If you want to gripe about
quality, there are two threads about jokes, one titled "Jokes!"
and the other titled "Riddle me this". Now that's pointless.

Riddles aren't jokes.
You know how we had that recent RPG cull? It was because we had
too many threads. I think we have too many threads in the EC&R
sections as well.

I've a random interesting fact of my own.
I intended for the asterisk-style threads to be useless and not
count posts. That was to be the main part of the cull that I
didn't let anyone in on.
