       Announcement IV - Scheduled Maintenance!

       That's right; you read the title correctly. I am scheduling the
       upcoming maintenance, and I am letting users know in advance.
       If all goes to plan, the maintenance should occur on Friday the
       23rd of October, starting at approximately 10:30 PM AEDT,
       running until around about 5:00 AM AEDT on Saturday, the 24th of
       October. It is a wide window, but it's unlikely I'll face any
       interruptions during that time, thus shortening the overall
       maintenance run-time.
       You've all stated that you don't want 24-hour maintenances, and,
       while that makes it extremely inconvenient for me to find
       suitable times at which to work non-stop, I will try to keep
       maintenance times to a low. However, if maintenance does run
       overtime due to reasons outside of my control, such as sleep,
       general rest or other matters, and I receive complaints, I will
       be irritated, and you will receive an infraction.
       In past maintenances, however, I have listed a few sites on
       which you should spend your free time. For the general
       convenience of the users, I'll list my personal favourites here
       now. You may bookmark them if you wish; you'll see them on the
       forum when maintenance is underway, but perhaps it's best to get
       the URLs now.
       Goodgame Empire Forums

       – The roots of
       Inrazimad itself! These forums have changed quite a bit, and
       some people say it's not for the better. The community still
       thrives, though, so head on over to the original Hanging Noose
       and grab a Cyclone-Style Coffee!
       NationStates

       – A political game based around
       player run nations; a personal favourite of mine, NationStates
       is a wonderful mix of roleplayers, politic-savvy
       fifteen-year-olds and United Nations-like proposals sure to make
       you wonder how they ever reached quorum.
       Reddit

       – Reddit, the front page of the internet.
       Honestly, who hasn't been to Reddit? If you haven't, be sure to
       head on over there as soon as maintenance starts. It's literally
       everything ever imaginable; Inrazimad, but crazier.
       Otherwise, I'm sure you all have your own favourite sites, but
       those are just a few I enjoy.
