       1. What is that bar below one's username supposed to represent?

       The bar represents the user's membergroup, which is based upon
       how many posts one has. Only Aidan and myself have full bars,
       albeit with different colours.
       There is no definitive way to become a moderator. I expect that
       more shall be chosen at some point in the future, but as we only
       have 34 members, I do not foresee that happening any time soon.
