I must say, you have an interesting taste in weapons.
In a good way or in a bad way?
Well, it's not in a bad way. Some of them are just outdated,
commonly known weapons and some are just weird choices for the
job their assigned to. You picked some 'classics', which is a
wee bit strange, but not bad, for a government agency that seems
like it would use more high tech equipment. But like I said,
it's not bad.

I'd love to go full on Story mode RPG but that'll kill the whole
thing...
Can't we go mixed?
If not, I'll settle with the nice and simple asterisk style RPG.
Still, it's your call, Karin.
I learned Rp'ing asterisk style,so I prefer asterisks
too.

With the way some people get, it may be better to use asterisks.
I always dread having to read a thousand words in one post for
just one character to know what they're doing. It's a big part
of why I tend to drop out of role playing for a while. On the
other hand, when we have multiple people on at once, the
asterisk style can quickly fill a page and make anyone who was
not currently online be quite a bit behind.

I'd like to go asterisk style for this one too.
All right, people! Off the the briefing room!

The thing is that after that there poll had finished, the
weapons were bound to change anyway. Like, for this time round,
the poll results made the E.A.E. Program into a police force so
the weapons will remain the same for a while until we harass the
government for better equipment.

You should make it like UFO AI so that we get to use alien
weapons to upgrade from ours.

I personally explained it to myself by think the E.A.E. is a
newer group, and the government, not seeing any real alien
threat, has given the E.A.E. rather outdated weapons because
they don't feel it is worth spending money on high-tech weapons
for a group that will be used minimally, if at all.

That is also part of the reason.

Well I think it makes sense that you would upgrade to more
powerful weapons dropped by the enemy if you were waging a war
on them. But of course this is your RPG so......
Nooooooo! Crashed the oxygen garden with the MSS!
Clearly shouldn't multitask.
Anyway...back to Role Playing.
