According to the wiki, Amy existing prior to when she should
have means that she died at some point before 2012. :(
The Twelfth Doctor probably doesn't have the slightest clue who
Amy is.

I believe the doctor can save her. If he is bothered to break
through the scrambled time lines. Anyway, it was Rory's fault.
