Catwolf?

No, I'm not a Catwolf. I'm a [hu]ma[n] a[ s ] fel[in]e/do[g]
m[er]ge, or hunsinger for short, but if you've seen my account
on GGE or the beginning of "The 'Races' of Inrazimad" thread,
you should know that already.

Hunsinger why are you so good at writing poems?! XD I need to
write 4, for my English class and I'm stuck...
I don't know. I think I was read too many Seuss books when I was
little . . .
I often create my best poems at night or when I'm really bored
and have nothing better to do. That poem was created at a
restaurant while waiting for the food to arrive. I wrote down
the ending words and in which order they would go, and then
typed the whole thing out when I got home. The funny thing was,
I had no paper, and only one pencil, so I had to write on a
napkin, and I'll tell you, napkins and pencils do not make a
good mix!

What do they need to be about?
I would like to know too.

You must not be talented in the art of writing on napkins with
pencils. It is an art I have nearly mastered.

*sighs*
The pencil always goes through the napkin, unless I push gently,
and then I don't leave a dark enough mark . . .
*sighs again*

What do they need to be about?
They can be about anything, but in different forms of poetry.
The first has to be a ballad poem - 4 stanzas with a refrain
between each. The second has to be a sonnet - 14 lines long
using iambic pentameter including metaphors and personification.
The third has to be a Free-verse poem, using a stimulus writing
about some event or something, like a birthday party or a news
event or something and that has to be 4 stanzas long, no regular
meter or rhythm and include techniques like alliteration,
metaphor, simile... Ect.
Yeah, I like writing poems but sometimes I struggle to get a
regular rhythm and stuff. I don't like the poems I e done,
though they aren't too bad...

*laughs at Hunsinger's misery*
Perfect practice makes perfect!

I would write the free-verse one first to get into the mood of
writing poems. Then write the rest and maybe come back to that
one. I'd help more, but I'm getting a bit too tired to be able
to articulate well and think clearly.
