app uploading rules

hello and thanks for choosing to upload your app to our serves
please note that if your application is over 10MB please upload
your app to www.fileape.com

where they offer unlimited storage and
uploads of up to 2GB per upload. (you will need to post your
link to the file)
rules
1. first thing please post the age rating of the app at the top
of the post this is a must if you dont want underage persons
downloading your file
2. you agree to let our administrators download your app for
testing and also to see if you are not breaking these rules
3. this is for apps whitch are free to download and use if you
wish to charge then the android market might be better for you
4. if you want 100% uptime on your file uploading it to
www.fileape.com

as well as here might be safer
5. please NO copyright or illegal apps we will not be held
responsible (posting in the hacks section might be better but we
are not responsible
6. apps MUST NOT contain anything which can cause damage to
computer or mobile device if we have reports we will close your
account and delete all data associated with it
7. we have the right to remove any content including posts if we
find a good reason (we will contact you) and if necessarily
contact the police
8. ONLY android apps please due to apple strict policing on
iphone apps uploaded to other sites other than itunes please do
no upload
