First buy Rune Essence from Bob at skilling zone by using "Skill
Teleport" in your magic book.

After you have got Rune Essence, go to ::home and talk with the
Zamorak Mage,and select the rune what you want craft.

Mind Rune-Level 2-117,600xp
Water Rune-Level 5-117,600xp
Earth Rune-Level 9-137,200xp

Nature Rune-Level 44-196,000xp
Death Rune-Level 65-215,600xp
Blood Rune-Level 77-215,600
