       Mod application base (SUGGESTION)

       This is just my idea of what everyone should use as a base if
       they wanted to apply for mod
       Ingame Name:
       Time playing server:
       Past experience as a server staff member:
       What can you do to help the server as a staff member:
       How long have you been playing:
       What goals do you have as a staff member:
       Do you help players new and old regularly? If so, how:
       I think this is a good base for a mod application, and it should
       be copy pasted to an application before submitting to get direct
       information out of the player. Just a suggestion :D
