To Everyone That Quit

This idea for a new server was decided by the staff. The staff
that has combined donated over 600 dollars.... We understand how
much time and effort you all have put into old complexity. Most
staff have put in more time and effort and we believe this is
for the better. We hope you will stick with us and give this new
server a chance. You can stay with your old friends, or join a
brand new server and start from scratch. We will miss you if you
leave but its your choice. Its been fun playing with you all :)
But more fun times are still to come

I wasn't going to quit, but aladeen told me that you all had
another reset. I mean I didn't like that one bit, but I was
willing to rebuild and keep on playing but what made me quit is
that the server always has problems being mac compatible. Even
when I was on, I had to use the old client. I mean its cool! I
got to play but the screen was so small, lots of the functions
other players had I didn't have. I would greatly consider fixing
that big problem. It has been a problem for a long time and I am
pretty sure that has stopped lots of players from playing. When
I used to play runescape most of my friends had macs. They would
always tell me that they played rsps servers but that it was a
hassle. It was a hassle to find a server that was mac
compatible. Even if they found one, the client they would use
would be an old one that didn't have all the functions the
regular up to date client had. Its just a big hassle. Now, if
you could fix that, this server would probably get more players.
When I search for an rsps, I don't look on the forums for a "mac
compatible-click here" link. If the page did not load, I would
immediately click away. Boom! There goes the chance of another
possible player. Oh but wait, here comes another one, oh
wait.... its not mac compatible, bye bye second possible player.
This will continue to develop and it will probably be so known
that when people see that server, their reaction would be "oh
don't click on that server, its not mac compatible", but in
reality it is now mac compatible, but since they had tried it
before and it didnt work, they would not click it. Even other
players start a thread on some random website about rsps being
mac compatible or not. How many players comment/reply/add to
that thread? LOTS. New players will look at this thread and even
if they have a pc, they will say that if its not mac compatible
then it must be a sucky server. It probably doesnt have lots of
players, it sucks, its useless, its probably got a sucky
owner.....Bravey. I know you aren't a sucky owner, you just need
to get your stuff together and yes i know I am not the only one
with a mac on server. If there is a way to access this server
and I don't know about it, then sorry for all this nonsense. but
like I had said before, if I was a new player and the server
didnt load the first time, I wouldn't bother looking on forums
or even think about it being mac compatible. Sorry.

It would be wonderful if you just had a link like back then when
I could load server with the same link as a PC player. Don't
tell me to do this to the cache, don't tell me to click this
other one, don't tell me to do this, just have ONE link that
allows PC/MAC players to load client.
That would be amazing!
Take this as something you have to do, not as a suggestion.
Sorry if you think I'm acting like a prick or some shit but its
a BIG problem. I know pain made the post but I know you will
probably read this bravey.

To the Mac client concerns, bravey is dealing with that as we
speak and hopefully it will be resolved soon. He is coding,
developing, and bidding all at the same time. I understand how
frustrating it is but this new server is amazing and skilling is
great now, pking is awesome just like the old days. Weapons are
back to their rightfull stats i hope u all give it another try.

I don't understand why anyone would want to quit :) The new
server is great, so to quit must mean the old server was 100
times better? :)

Well the eco was reset, for the third time. This pissed people
off and also donar items were not returned. Kids raged over
losing 10 dollars when other players lost 200+ dollars (purpl3
pker) and new that this was for the better and were fine with
it. It is good though cause it shows how commited the players
that stayed were :)
