       NHS are currently sponsoring a project to establish a Quality
       Institute for self-management courses so that providers and
       commissioners can be assured of the quality of self-management
       courses; this will in turn impact on patient safety. Patient
       experience and effectiveness is where we have the most evidence
       (in terms of testimonies) which supports our approach. See the
