Patient and stakeholder feedback for Stroke REDS Services?

The Stroke REDS user satisfaction questionnaires indicate that
100% of Stroke REDS patients either agree or strongly agree that
the team has:

therapist was doing.
Some comments from clients (user satisfaction surveys) below
support the Stroke REDS approach to transition of care from
acute to community settings:
‘My last experience in being discharged home from hospital was
chaotic and I felt very unsafe. This service is fantastic and I
thank you very much.’
‘I would strongly recommend the stroke REDS team. Enable me to
get out of hospital sooner so I did not become hospitalised.’
Feedback from Stroke Units:
The Stroke Units within Camden and also the North Central London
Cardiac and Stroke network regard Stroke REDS as a gold standard
service offering an ESD pathway. Stroke REDS has recently been
cited by Healthcare for London (2009), RCN Publishing Essential
Guide (2010), the Health Service Journal (2012), and NHS
Improvement for stroke as an example of best practice.
