What is the impact on patient safety by using Stroke REDS Servic
es?

The Stroke REDS team positively impacts patient safety through
the following:
-
belongings, coordinating receipt of discharge summaries and
onward referrals including outpatient visits).

before the start of an enabling care shopping service.

stroke/family/carers as appropriate.
