       What are the implementation details for gastrointestinal early
       detection service?
       New protocol circulated to A&E and medical receiving area with
       educational presentations. This incorporates a protocol to avoid
       admission in patients who have GBS = 0 (unless admission
       required for other reasons) with arrangements made for
       outpatient endoscopy.
