       What is the time period to implement End of life service in Comm
       unity setting?

       Can be achieved quickly: 0&#8211;3 months
       It took 6 weeks to implement the proposal. Secondments were
       completed mid-April and by the end of May there was evidence of
       increased competence in caring for end of life care patients
       within one of the community hospitals.
