       What are the barriers to implementation of Alcohol Care Team
       initiative?
       Leadership and partnership between clinicians, chief executives
       and commissioners are critical in establishing alcohol teams and
       ensuring their success.
       Time is also needed to allow all stakeholders to focus on cost-
       cutting problems, which will need to be recognised within job
       plans.
