       What is the impact on quality of care or population health by
       having ThinkGlucose service for diabetes patients in place?
       Significant improvements have been demonstrated, for example in
       York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through providing
       electronic monitoring of glucose control that leads to
       efficient, consistent warning of poor glucose control. This in
       turn enables responsive glycaemia management, with prompt
       medication review, food requirement review and increased
       awareness of diabetes.
