       What is the impact on quality of care or population health by
       integrating service to reduce cardio-metabolic risks of diabetes
       patients?
       Implementing the recommendations in NICE clinical guideline 87
       has a large positive impact on the quality of care. Additionally
       NHS Greenwich adds training to fill any gaps identified by the
       evidence provided in CG87.
