       What are the barriers to implementation of Enhanced Orthopaedic
       Recovery programme?
       Some organisations took longer to put together an appropriate
       team, and found it hard to engage key members. Some trusts have
       an enhanced recovery nurse, working full time on the project
       (one just on orthopaedics, the others also work on the other ERP
       specialties, not only orthopaedics), but others rely on it being
       done by all team members without extra resources.
