       What is the time period to implement Enhanced Orthopaedic Recove

       From the moment that ERP was suggested and the initial team
       formed to the pathway being fully implemented took up to a year.
       This includes an integrated care pathway, potential changes to
       pre-op assessment/the implementation of a ‘joint school’,
       potential changes to anaesthetics and potential changes to
       operating slots.
