       The main cost has been the appointment of a project manager in
       order to facilitate roll-out of the programme across the region.
       There have also been costs associated with providing regional
       collaborative learning events. Costs to individual trusts vary,
       depending on required changes to the patient pathway, and
       whether a full-time enhanced recovery nurse has been appointed.
