       What are the costs to implement DAFNE service for type 1 diabete
       s patients?

       Change can be achieved with minimal additional resources. Data
       submitted show that a diabetic service can set up a DAFNE
       project with a cost of £8063 in year 1 and £3650 in years 2 and
       3 respectively.
