Impact on patient safety by having Crisis response falls team

What is the impact on patient safety by having Crisis response
       falls team in place?
The CRFT is able to safely lift and move patients who have
fallen, who might otherwise be left in place until more
specialised equipment is available. This helps to reduce
exacerbation of primary injuries and prevent secondary injuries
and distress resulting from being immobile on the floor.
Patients who can be treated at the scene or in the community
with the assistance of the social care team are at a lower risk
       of healthcare acquired infection.
