Did this for a game recently and it didn't come live until 20
minutes into the game....

In the previous cases, I think the issue is that EPCR were
piggy-backing off DAZN for the stream. DAZN is primarily an
online streamer, not a broadcaster in the traditional sense.
Because of that, the stream was locked down as per their
standard "broadcasts" to ensure it could only go to someone with
a subscription. DAZN forgot to switch the stream to "Public"
from "Private" until someone nudged them half an hour into the
game.
In other cases of EPCR streaming games from Russia involving
Enisei-STM, they handled the streaming themselves & it worked
okay from the start.
