Where has the Sinckler rumour come from? I’ve not seen anything
to suggest it’s anything more than a spurious rumour.

Underwhelmed by the Baldwin choice but maybe he is someone
who’ll give Crumpton a little competition, but I personally
think in a year or two, crumps will be our solid 1st choice
hooker

I'd pick Baby Chis and Dombrant over Clifford and would be happy
with if we replace him with Kwagga Smith - I think a backrow of
Dombrandt, Chis and Smith looks pretty tasty and that's before
we consider Robshaw returning to the fold. Sure I'd be
disappointed to see him go but we can't keep everyone.
As for Baldwin I admittedly don't know what his set piece is
like - if his darts are solid then he's already an improvement
over Ward. I'd be happy if we want into next season with
Crumpton, Baldwin, Elia + an academy player at hooker (in that
order) - it's harsh on Buchannon but I think Elia has a higher
potential.

Sinks is a local boy with an appreciation of rugby history and
lore. I'd be gobsmacked if he wantonly chose to join Sale.

Couldn't pick Chisholm before Clifford in any position. Clifford
knows where he should be at any given point in the game, I often
see Chisholm looking a bit lost and wondering what he should be
doing. If Clifford is going it had to be his choice, very odd.

Clifford knows where he should be at any given point in the

I'd say Chis is an outstanding player and it's difficult to find
any fault with his game.
