They may be losing Thomas Francis to one of the Welsh provinces
so that might make some sense.
I really hope not anyway.

Tombuckquin there is no more to this story as Quins turned down
the buyout offer and Kyle will be at Quins for the remainder of
his contract, after that I couldn’t tell you what will happen,
anything to do with Exeter is a complete non story

I gather he was very disillusioned under JK, but is now back in
the fold. Quins don't want to lose him and won't as he's tied
down. I think the Exeter comment was intended as a joke.
