And that’s what I like about Ugo Monye’s commentary. He has such
an affiliation to our club but he is very neutral and balanced
when it comes to him both commenting and commentating on Quins
games

Agreed. I also find Ben Kay fine when it comes to Leicester too.
Healey is just irritating these days.

Having rewatched the game I can now see why certain decisions
were made by the ref. I still can’t see why our second try was
not given. The ball hits Mike on the shoulder then the face. The
ref is heard to say play on then after we score asks for TMO
which shows the aforementioned. No try for knock on ? I also
thought that there were some clear forward passes by Wasps but
until watching the game back didn’t realise there were a dozen
or more. At one point I heard the officials saying that they
didn’t know if it was forward as they couldn’t keep up. Anyway,
points in the bag, fourth place.

That's what I saw on the brief replay. Also, the ref explicitly
asked the TMO if it came off his shoulder or his arm.

The ball comes off his shoulder and his face. Even if it came
off his arm it goes backwards onto his face. That’s what I can
see.

OK well, I disagree - I thought it was a knock-on in real time
and the replay looked very clear to me. It comes off his bicep
(possibly both of them!).

Genuine question. Is off the shoulder a knock on, or just the
arm? Not saying it did, but don't know the law
