Just say youre old and dont understand technology and them
wanting to charge you £20 is discrimination and you are getting
Age UK involved and tell them to expect to be served papers by
your solicitors.

I guess the question is "how much is your time worth?' Let's say
it takes an hour to ring the club and get them to walk you
through the app setup. Is that hour worth £20? Next year, you'll
have the same choice, and the year after, and the year after
that...
What price do you put on the one time effort to get this set up?

Or the little books with the tear off sheets.

I had a little parcel in the post yesterday consisting of a
parking permit, Debenture Lounge Access card and a badge.
The badge mentions the womens game. Am I alone in getting one?

Same for me. I got my Honours Bar access card and Member's
badge, but there's nothing on the badge about the women's game.

I've since had an email from the club saying that Women's badges
were wrongly included the packs for Debenture holders, and
Debenture badges will be available for collection.
