The new version of the app is out. On iPhone you can then add
your season ticket to the wallet.

Email just received implies a card will be sent to gain access
to the members bars which won't have to be paid for. So, the £20
ST card is just for those who don't have a smart phone or are in
denial :)

The about version of the app pops up a message saying that you
need to update the app. Once you do this, you just log in using
your member number and password and you can see your ticket. You
can then just add it to your Google wallet.

Haven’t had a physical ticket or card for a gig or any other
sporting event in years so it’s about time.
Very simple and well designed and adds to wallet in one click.
I’d charge the complainers way more than £20 to stay in the 19th
century.

That's a bit vague.

Depends what you mean by register. You need your Quins
ST/membership number and the password you use for it, so
strictly speaking I don't think you need to register. I found
mine in 'passwords' on a mac under Ticketmaster.

Complainers, nice way of putting it, yet are you complaining
about having to have a physical card to get into members bar?
We have had a card with a chip for years and it works, and works
well.
Agree it’s fine for people buying the off ticket, but if you
have paid for a season membership it’s. Bit off to then be told
btw, we are now changing how it works.

As a very long standing season ticket holder now in my eighties,
I think it is very unfair that the club think a charge of £20
for a plastic season ticket is reasonable. In fact as my wife is
also a member, the total charge is £40. We may have mobile
phones but having tried to work out how to get the season
ticket, I log in and it sends you round in circles. I have pity
on the staff at the turnstiles who already have problems sorting
out things out, there will be even more queries now.
I accept progress despite my age but this seems to be a
retrograde and rather age discriminating decision. ::)
