       So, I know these club videos are all just puff pieces or
       entirely information-free nonsense, but I did find it slightly
       reassuring that Dun mentions that they're working on skills
       rather than gym stuff right from the start in pre-season,
       because we certainly need that after last season. We'll see if
       it pays off.

       I agree. I also wonder if it’s a way of preventing injuries by
       getting them rugby fit and not just gym fit. I don’t know if
       that’s a thing but here’s hoping.
