Ireland refused to fly to Tokyo so Japan had to fly to Sydney
for their "home" game. But your point is valid anyway.

Well, that's personal to you rather than everyone not on
Facebook. You don't need to be on Facebook to see the image.

The negotiations for the competition went on for years, it is
really apparent that it is designed to create revenue for the
four southern hemisphere teams, to match the revenue that the 6N
teams were already getting from the Autumn internationals.
Australia and Argentina were also nervous as the New Zealand
tour of South Africa, and the possibility of the rugby
championship being held biannually, could leave them in a even
worse financial position than at present, so this provides a
much needed opportunity to increase revenue, Japan and Fiji are
just there to make up the numbers and play where they are told.
