       EPCR Challenge Cup trophy
Details of Harlequins’ EPCR Challenge Cup Pool 3 fixtures have
been confirmed following last week’s draw.
The squad will face RC Vannes, Ospreys, Edinburgh Rugby and RC
Toulon as they aim to progress to the knockout stages of the
competition, having previously won the competition a
       joint-record three times (2000-01, 2003-04, 2010-11).
Although Black Lion have been drawn into Pool 3, Harlequins will
not face them in the pool stage.
This year’s EPCR Challenge Cup draw brings both familiar and
       older opposition.
Harlequins will face Edinburgh in a pre-season friendly in
September, having last faced the Scottish side in the EPCR
Challenge Cup back in 2017, before renewing acquaintances once
again in the EPCR Challenge Cup.
The pre-season fixture at The Stoop will be an exciting first
look at what to expect when rivalries are renewed in the EPCR
Challenge Cup. You can purchase tickets here.
Harlequins last faced Ospreys in 2016 at St Helens, whilst Jason
Gilmore’s side will also look forward to a first-ever meeting
with RC Vannes after the French side were promoted to the Top 14
       ahead of the 2026/27 season.
RC Toulon, the three-time European Champions (2012-13, 2013-14,
2014-15), most recently faced Harlequins in the Champions Cup
back in 2025. They also have pedigree in the EPCR Challenge Cup,
having won the competition in 2023.
Ticket details for all four pool stage fixtures will be released
       in due course.

I'd rather a Sunday 1pm than the Friday 8pm. At least with the
Sunday lunchtime, you can go on to have a late pub lunch & still
be home at a reasonable hour.
