I think the DoB for swiegers is wrong here? Listed as
19/04/2002- I’m not sure what his DoB is but he was reported to
be 27 when we signed him.

ease them into playing regularly at the top level as they did
       with BFA.

Props should never be in the same sentence as “slim down”
       😡

As a rough guess (nothing concrete; a finger in the air will do)
what timescale is expected for this plan?
In experience, the norm seems to be between 35 and 37 months.

Just don't say it's a "3-year plan", you know they never work...

I do feel we have a fair amount of props now on the books,
possibly too many? I can only assume maybe someone is leaving.
Delgado, Titi, Harry, Sweigers, Streeter before you even get to
this guy. I do hope we've learnt lessons from our salary cap
management for quality rather than quantity

       Good point.
I used AI to find his date of birth as I couldn't see it
       anywhere.
I have now used 2 other engines and the date comes back as 8 May
1999 - which sounds about right.
The 2 other engines I used this morning show me the pages where
they get their info from and I have dug into those pages and I
       can't see that date listed.
I will set it to May 8th and change it if I get something more
       definitive.

Exactly the sort of question that AI isn't good at answering.
Anyhow, it's 8 May 1998, not 1999. You can see 8 May on his old
       club profile here -
  HTML https://pumas.co.za/profiles/
On 31 March 2026 we announced his signing, saying he was 27 -
  HTML https://www.quins.co.uk/article/swiegers-signs-at-the-stoop
If he was born 8 May 1999 then he would only have been 26, so it
must be 1998. This is also supported on Ultimate Rugby -

I was referring to props slimming down. In which case, 36 months
       would NEVER be enough :)

As well as injuries we have to cover international call ups,
Delgado is Puma squad, Titi may still be selected and Streeter
       is U20.
