Blackheath have posted on X that they are playing us on the 12th
September.

Looking forward to this - it is a good away trip. I have been
there a few times as a Richmond member.

It’s most likely an academy game, as there is possibility it
will be prem cup that weekend, and obviously no international
players available

If we don't send a gnarly enough team, then I think the result
could be a bit one-sided.
Blackheath looked a pretty good team last season. They were
impressive when they mullered London Scottish and I think they
would have done the same to other teams the Championship if they
had the chance to.

This now clashes with the Prem Cup match against Saints at the
Stoop so not sure the quality of squad will be very high....

I don't think that Quins have said anything about it - so, maybe
Blackheath jumped the gun a little in announcing it
