Indeed. Currently looking forward to Ms Poorfour Maj being in
the BUCS system when she starts uni next season, but it’s a bit
uncertain whether I’ll be able to get to any of her games.
Which team does your daughter play for?

I've got one at Warwick and one at Newcastle both in BUCS and
trying to get to as many of those as possible is not easy.
Warwick obviously a bit better

Ms Poorfour Maj is aiming for Surrey, which should make home
games easier. The Quins connection there was a major factor
(though she also likes the course). Gloucester-Hartpury seem to
be under the impression that she might still choose them
somehow, though - they sent her a postcard today.

Gloucester-Hartpury were the same with my daughter, she decided
liked the course better at Loughborough and she is realistic
that rugby is semi pro at present and a short career, so your
academic qualifications are very important to your future.
She also just liked Loughborough as an environment, compared to
GH and Brunel.

Sadly is the case but I know what I signed up for live 65 miles
to the north of The Stoop.

Once Surrey got promoted to BUCS Super League they were always
going to be first choice, but she was swayed a little by G-H.
Didn’t really like Loughborough for some reason, although they
seemed keen on her.
