Langdon should be there.

be more experimenting on this tour. The reality however is that
this is a competition and England (/Borthwick) need
performances. My take therefore is that he is picking the squad
he thinks will do as well as possible rather than thinking of
the future.

Standard stuff really. Good performances - can't change a
winning team. Bad performances - need to back the players and
not take any risks with untested players.
The risk is playing guys who have failed over and over, like LCD
and Dann. Langdon has been the best hooker in the league for 3
years at least now. He's untested because the selection is
repeatedly dreadful.

Either he's good enough to have a place in the England team or
he isn't. Why is he being treated like he's a callow yoof? We
never act like this with other players. He's obviously one of
the best hookers in the league and it's silly to pretend he
shouldn't be there because he's too inexperienced, given his
actual experience.
