Like the idea of Long, but never really seems to stick around
anywhere. Could see him moved on somewhere else by Xmas.

Interesting there's no mention of Matt Ferguson in all of this,
he came in as "Lead Rugby Transition Coach".. If JTH is now
assistant coach for Transition does that work alongside him or
replacing him? Last mention of him was that he might be moving
to Connaught, but that was at the beginning of the year -

Isn’t it 3 different transitions?:
Long on defence to attack
JTH on attack to defence
Ferguson on Academy to Senior
