With regards to the time-keeping, this is known thing with Ellie
- it's a long running "gag" on the Rugby Rodeo podcast (am
working my way through her book as well, and there are a few
references already).

I'd be surprised if yhe club were to comment on the special
needs of a departing player, or any other player.

Me too, I don't expect them to. But it does mean we can't make
any assumptions either way.

I nearly mentioned her in an earlier post but then thought
better of it, but I had been thinking about whether Quins were
looking to bring her through.
Ms Poorfour Maj played with Ms Shaw de Leon at school and county
level and she has huge potential. More Sorensen-Magee than
Kildunne, but she may be a factor in why the club felt it could
make the change.

"England star Ellie Kildunne says she did not want or plan to
leave Harlequins and does not know where she will play her club
rugby next season.
Harlequins announced the 26-year-old's departure on Tuesday,
with Kildunne posting separately on Instagram that she was
"gutted" to be leaving The Stoop.
"It was news I don't think I was prepared for," the full-back
told her Rugby Rodeo podcast., external
"I didn't have plans to leave. It was as much a shock to me as
everyone else."
The Daily Telegraph report that Kildunne, who was diagnosed with
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) last year, has
been late for several team meetings, external and relations with
the coaching staff have been strained."

One of the best female players, who didn't want to leave the
club, is forced out. That's going to build a real harmony and
connect a fairly fractured Quins fan relationship..

I think most Quins fans I know really do not care about the
women's team, unpopular message here but certainly my experience
The fracture is due to the lamentable performances of the men's
team

If she had become a problem and it seems likely that this was
the case then Mr Chisholm was right to sever ties with her. Her
performances this year were not great. A professional and the
best player in the world should not struggle for motivation.
