He wants solid proof of something now, that does not presently
exist, and probably never will exist, it seems reasonable that
the behaviour cited, would not win friends and influence people
amongst her colleagues.
The decision from the club seems to be to exercise the right to
silence, to avoid it becoming a media circus, and a she said we
said car crash, only KD and the club knows what happened, and
everything else is opinion and speculation.
The idea that it is around money is not that far fetched, as
that is a major factor in most employment arguments, and it
seems reasonable that if she was constantly late it may upset
people.
And her comments around not expecting it to happen are
interesting, it means she did not understand that her conduct
was causing concern, that is a very difficult situation for
management to deal with.
The whole thing is the media equivalent of a no comment
interview, with Harlequins providing the no comment.

I'm not asking for solid proof. I'm asking "where is this coming
from in the first place". There's quite a difference there. Why
are we talking about her image rights, where did that come from?
Why was "wanting more time off" mentioned? I'm assuming this is
coming from somewhere, even if it's rumours from social media or
something, so why is it so hard to actually get that
information?

We are talking about image rights because.
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) and PWR enforce strict PWR
Remuneration Cap Regulations. Clubs are required to submit full
details of any image rights or promotional services contracts
they enter into with players or image rights companies to ensure
compliance.
So all clubs are constrained by the regulations, as the players
commercial value has increased the regulations have not evolved.

I understand that these things exist. I am trying to understand
why Deadly said, amongst other things, that Kildunne had
"allegedly asked for a much larger chunk of the cap ( which
would have unbalanced the whole Club pay structure) and wanted
complete control over image rights" when (as far as I could
tell) no-one had mentioned these things before.
If the answer is "Deadly wasn't repeating anything he read or
heard, he was 100% speculating that these things were all
possible without there being any rumours or articles about them"
then that is fine! I was literally just asking what the basis
for these comments was, because I wanted to know more!

One thing that I am pleased about, so far, is she isn't
plastered all over the front pages with how Quins wronged her.
We see it in sport (and non sport) all the time, trying to
control the narrative. I imagine she has an agent/manager who
might push her that route. (Emphasis on might, just in case)

Sorry, Jammers, I was feeling a bit touchy but your phrase "as

No worries, I should've just quoted the post I was referring to
and asked directly. The way it was worded definitely made it
seem like I'd missed an article or some rumours.
