Bonus points will mainly come from crushing the minnows, so you
have to hope that you do not meet that side on a rainy day.

Unfortunately, I was thinking about Cambridge.
I hope you can loan the exiles some handy players this weekend,
I hate travelling to the RAG. :-)

Thankfully the authorities have seen fit to put in a limit on
players in these playoffs - which restrict selection to those
with 6 or more appearances for the loaning club in the regular
season. So no ringers allowed! :D
From my reckoning that makes Driscoll, Murray, Hyde, Kerr,
Bellamy and Doak available. And I'm assuming Hyde is injured as
he didnt play vs Richmond with Povey selected instead. Murray
wont be needed as our 3 SHs are fit, and suspect Driscoll/Kerr
will be with you? So likely just Bellamy and Doak in the 23.
Browne, Green, Kolade, Rogers, Povey, Staples haven't made
enough appearances.

That is definitely a good thing, the last time they had a
relegation play off in the three seasons from 2009, there was a
fuss as Birmingham and Solihull brought in a lot of ringers and
were able to avoid relegation in May 2010 - despite not winning
a single match in the regular season.
The club were in the process of going bust, following the loss
of the Pertemps sponsorship.

A few years ago Richmond were in a relegation battle with
Hartpury with a few games to go and from memory we played them
on a Friday evening and Hartpury basically fielded a Gloucester
team against us.
The result was as expected :-(
