BSKO Next Year

OK, so we've lost 30,000 watchers somewhere.
The club has the email addresses of these people.
If it's legal they could survey why they didn't come.
Quins poor performance in the league/too many of these sorts of
games now/better things to do with time/money.
I'd say that this kicking game we're forced to play is a simple
invite to start a Mexican Wave.
Maybe to the aficionados it's great to watch, to see how a team
can be ground down by it. To the average punter knowing little
of rugby (and we need at least 40,000 of them) it's like
watching paint dry. We're not the razzle dazzle team of a few
years back because the rules/laws have changed and the
opposition have studdied us to the Nth degree. We can't rely on
the old "if you score 1 we'll score 2" approach.
Sooooooo.......what can we suggest the club does to get 30,000
bums on seats?
Or do we need to? Is this now a failed experiment and we should
carry it out in front of a sold out Stoop next year?

Well, unless I've missed something, the assumption that
performance on the pitch and value for money (the latter more
related to season ticket sales) are irrelevant appears to be
false.
Who would have thought it?

Perhaps the club will realise that two games out of nine at the
“Big’ Stoop isn’t a great idea, they surely lost money today?
I get the Xmas one, as long as it’s between Xmas & the New Year
(Trains allowing!) as people are looking for something to do
with the kids but the BSKO hasn’t had the same appeal since it’s
inception…..-

Looking at it pragmatically, BSKO doesn’t need to be full; just
do more than wash its face.
Assuming a 40k break even for each game, 70,000 at BG and 35,000
at BSKO could still be a decent return commercially.

I'm not sure that non attendance is due to a kicking game. More
to woeful, pathetic performances for most of the season. Start
winning like today, and people will turn up again.

Understand that need 50k tickets before in profit
So in 12 months we’ve lost 50%of the audience
I didn’t go even though I had a ticket because I didn’t want to,
fed up with the “ Big game “ experience. One a year is enough
