SA Rugby feels combining a northern hemisphere club calendar
with a southern hemisphere international programme is
unsustainable for player welfare.

More to do with not winning I’d imagine, they’ll refuse to play
the RWC unless they win.

Yeah, their provincial game has not lived up to the hype,
they've been largely rubbish and have sadly added little to
European competition except the hassle of travel and some
obnoxious fans.

Good. Too much travel, under-strength teams, and empty stadiums.

Personally I don't see where they will go if they don't carry on
up North. It would work better if they were given a place in
what would be the 7 Nations. But I can't see that happening
either. Personally I love the SA games, it's great to see our
players playing against some other best players in the world. It
must make them better players too. The time difference and the
bigger audience in Europe and the UK is a big draw for both ECHR
and SA.
