Quins Underrated XV of the 21st Century

With a break week for Quins, it gave me something else to think
about at 'Dispatches', so I went with a 'Quins Underrated XV of
the 21st Century' - selections open to discussion or
suggestions!

A really good team and I agree with your assessment of the
selected players, but I'd argue quite a few aren't underrated. I
know you're saying underrated while at quins rather than entire
career, but still not sure Johnston, big Mo, vos, lowe and
Williams could be considered underrated.
In their place maybe mike Ross (rarely mentioned in all time
quins xv selections, obviously went on to bigger things), will
skinner, Sam smith, Matt hopper. Not sure who at 6. Sam smith
probably not really underrated but he was a very decent,
dependable option while never really being first choice.
Probably a better option at 13. Tiesi?

Yeah, Lowe was never underrated. Mo, Johnston, Williams, Baldwin
would be a no from me too. Great idea though and agree with most
of your picks.
Conrad hopper wasn't really underrated.

Agreed on Tom Williams and Tom Guest.
I'd add in Alofa Alofa. Solid in defence and great go forward.
Always seemed to break a few tackles. Picked nice running lines.
Not super flashy, but super reliable.
JJ remains one of my favourite Quins. Unbelievable scrummager. I
remember COS saying he sometimes got penalised at scrum time
because he was destroying the oppo and refs just couldn't
believe he was doing it legally. And such a lovely bloke too!
For me, the most underrated Quin ever - outside of the Stoop -
has to be Marcus. We know he's incredible, but so many people
just can't or won't see it.

He was a real character, which is a nice way of saying he liked
punching people, he would be banned forever if he played now.
